I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing Colorado and Wyoming. I have 11 years of clinical experience. I specialize in treatment and diagnosis of post-traumatic stress disorder, addiction, grief, anxiety and depression. Every day you do your best. This is belief is at the core of my clinical practice. Every day I see you work, make small steps and try your hardest. As humans it is often easier to criticize our deficits rather than applaud our gains. Especially as a trauma survivor or mental health warrior, some days it may take you 100 times more energy to simply 'try'.
