I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions with a calm, steady, supportive approach. Together we'll build coping skills and create meaningful change. I offer in-person counseling in Newark and Middletown and telehealth therapy throughout Delaware in New Castle, Kent, and Sussex Counties.
