Hello and welcome! If you've been feeling overwhelmed and out of sorts lately you are not alone, and you're in the right place. I know it can be intimidating to ask for help, but therapy can provide a safe haven to work things through that otherwise feel too big or too challenging. I’m here to work alongside you to get life moving in the direction you'd like to be going. My specialties are anxiety, stress management, life transitions, and chronic medical conditions (including pain). Clients I work with learn new ways to navigate and move through these concerns to come out feeling confident in their ability to cope and self-regulate.
