Hi! I'm Sarah and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) based in Florida. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018 from Lynn University in Boca Raton and have been practicing for seven years. I have worked with various populations dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, women's issues, and LGBTQIA+ issues.
