My highest value is unconditional positive regard- the belief that each of my clients is deserving of encouragement and support, regardless of what they say or do or what identities they hold. In my work, I draw on CBD, DBT, and solutions-focused interventions to align with my clients and work with them to meet goals in several different areas of life.
