My greatest strength is my ability to actively listen to my clients without judgement. I believe in slowing down and creating space to process why the counseling appointment was made. I have over 22 years of experience counseling adults. I use various counseling techniques to assist my client's individual needs. My specialties include anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, coping skills, women's issues, parenting, older adults, domestic violence, self-esteem and postpartum. Treatment methods used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion focused, Motivational Interviewing and eclectic.
