Hi there, and congratulations on taking the first step on your journey to wellness! Whether you are experiencing an anxiety you just cannot seem to shake, confusion about what direction to go in life, difficulty managing anger, having relationship/intimacy issues, trying to let go of an unhealthy habit, or maybe you just need an open-minded individual in your corner; I would be honored to be on your side and assist you along the way. Together, we can work to promote growth and reach your goals. My go-to therapeutic interventions consist of CBT and Solution Focused, however, my overall approach is rather eclectic and flexible. I aim to provide the type of therapy that fits your needs best. With a background in fine art, I also enjoy being able to introduce some creativity and color into our sessions.
