I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals, parents of neurodivergent teens, and adults who were diagnosed later in life and are finally beginning to understand why things have always felt harder than they should. Parents see their teen struggling to take action, manage emotions, or move toward independence—and nothing they’ve tried seems to work. "What will my child’s future look like? Will they be able to handle adulthood?" I help parents in a daily support and skills-based environment, helping them learn how to respond in ways that actually work for a neurodivergent brain.
