I have a holistic interest in your health which includes how the mind, body, and soul affect each other. I practice from a compassionate, patient centered perspective based in a psychodynamic approach. This approach focuses on exploration to find and understand the origin of your issues. It takes time but can lead to longer and more meaningful change.
