I bring close to 20 years of clinical experience to my work with clients, along with a steady, thoughtful presence that invites real change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in respect for each person’s pace and process. I don’t rush insight or prescribe a single path. Instead, I walk beside you—curious, attuned, and committed to your growth. As a licensed clinical social worker and clinical supervisor, I’ve trained and mentored therapists in trauma-informed care, neurodivergent identity, affective science, and therapeutic ethics.
