Hey there! So often the emotions that come with life's challenges are too much to navigate on our own. I'm here to be a companion and guide. I have seen a spectrum of clients from different backgrounds and stages of life. Some common issues I work with are anxiety, depression, life transition, trauma recovery (specifically abuse), relationship issues, and body image challenges. I have worked with individuals ranging in age, parents and teens, and couples. I have openings for weekly clients and intensives. Intensives are custom made to fit your needs. We can set up a half-day, full-day, or multiple days - depending on your goals.
