I look forward to helping my clients work through their trauma, figure out their goals, and make feasible stepping stones to create the life they crave. I am passionate about helping all ages find their way in the world especially during life transitions. This could include changes in age from teen to adult, young adult approaching middle age, children, careers, schools, relationships; all of which can be a difficult journey.
