Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate some of life’s most challenging transitions. My background spans hospice and medical social work, where I developed a deep understanding of caregiver stress, anticipatory grief, and the long arc of healing after loss. These experiences shaped my belief that people don’t need to face pain alone—and that compassionate, skilled support can make all the difference. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative.
