I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work from Georgia State University. I work with children navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotional dysregulation, with a special focus on helping parents feel more grounded, empowered, and connected in their role. My background in providing mental health support in schools gives me a firsthand understanding of the academic, social, and emotional pressures children face—and the ripple effects these challenges can have on the whole family. I take a child-centered and person-centered approach, meeting each client where they are and tailoring sessions to their needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), expressive arts, and play-based interventions, with specialized training in Play Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and CBT
