I focus on teens and adults and specialize in things like emotional challenges, relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and trauma like abuse, going to college, divorce, or loss. I use approaches like mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and making sense of the past to nurture self-compassion and gain insight.
