I am passionate about helping people achieve mental and emotional wellness, become more self-aware, and grow in areas they feel stuck. I believe curiosity, compassion, and forgiveness towards self and others form the ideal environment to begin healing. We need the support of others to become the best versions of ourselves, and for many people, a counselor can provide that support. I prefer an integrative or eclectic approach, which means I choose theories and techniques based on the client's needs.
