I work with teenagers (18+), emerging adults, and adults. I care deeply about offering queer and gender affirming therapy and welcome queer and gender expansive folks of all ages. I draw on relational, intersectional feminist, narrative, internal family systems, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches to therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and can support folks looking to process trauma in this way. I strive to make each client feel understood, valued, and empowered because I believe healing and growth emerge from a strong therapeutic relationship.
