I work with adults navigating trauma, low self-worth, dissociation, addiction recovery, caregiver fatigue, and grief. I offer a steady, grounding presence for those in early sobriety or living with BPD and dissociative disorders; supporting you in feeling safe, understood, and gradually at home within yourself again.
