My name is Sarah Patterson-Mills and I am a licensed professional counselor. My doctoral degree is counseling and family therapy. I like to use post-modern approaches with clients that provoke active thinking and synergy in their lives. Trained early post-Master's with Cognitive Behavioral Theory and later with systems thinking. Holistically, I take into account the clients' multiple contexts in which they live and work. I have additional training in career counseling strategies, also.
