I help new moms facing the emotional, psychological, and physical changes that come with motherhood, and give them evidence-based tools to cope with the stress and step into this new role with confidence. Imagine being able to ask for what you need, take a shower, and be able to go outside for a walk, guilt free. I know this might sound impossible, but as a mom myself, a cancer survivor, and clinician, I know that this truly is possible. Working together, you will heal and feel confident from the hard changes that motherhood forces you into including the shoulds, the guilt, birth trauma, identity loss, and relationship strains.
