Open for EMDR Intensives only- I work with women who are looking to reach a deeper level of fulfillment and may be curious about what is holding them back. Clients who find me often feel stuck in parts of their life, are working through a life transition (including perinatal), have experienced profound trauma or grief, or they have a hard time understanding thoughts or patterns in their life. I offer a collaborative space to explore, heal and create lasting change. Part of my joy in this work is helping women reclaim their inner wisdom and compass. I rely heavily on EMDR, mind-body connection & specialize in holistic wellbeing
