Sarah Post is a NYS Licensed Social Worker who earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Stony Brook University. With a strong background in school-based mental health and community support services, Sarah has dedicated her career to working with youth and families to foster emotional well-being, self-confidence, and personal growth. Sarah has experience supporting individuals navigating Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, ADHD and ODD. She works with children and adolescents facing challenges such as low self-esteem, difficulty with communication, school avoidance and struggles with forming healthy peer relationships. Her therapeutic approach is holistic and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices to help build resilience, emotional regulation & healthy coping skills.
