It’s not uncommon to go through seasons of life that are overwhelming, discouraging, or cause you to feel stuck. In these times, hope may feel hard to reach for. As a therapist, my role is to walk alongside you and hold that hope until you’re ready to carry it yourself. My goal is to offer genuine support, encouragement, and guidance so you do not have to navigate life's challenges alone. In therapy, you’ll be encouraged to show up as your authentic self while we work together to recognize your strengths, clarify your goals, and explore new ways to overcome obstacles. My integrative approach draws from CBT, ACT, EMDR, and Person-Centered Therapy, ensuring sessions are tailored to your unique needs. I have experience helping clients work through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship or family issues.
