Each and every client that I have worked with has left a lasting mark on my heart. I hope to create a space that is safe, authentic, and affirming. I work with individuals ages 16+ who are navigating life challenges such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship conflict, narcissistic abuse, stress, chronic illness, OCD, grief, adjustment, and complex trauma.
