At this time, I am only accepting children, families and couples as clients! Hi! I’m Sarah. I approach my clients with warmth and empathy. I work with individuals dealing with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, processing trauma, grief, stress/burnout, relationship issues, etc. I understand that sometimes the most difficult journey is just getting ourselves into therapy in the first place. I also see couples for relationship therapy, collaborating on building communication skills, navigating stressors and dynamics impacting the relationship, sex/sexuality, conflict resolution strategies, and more.
