Whether you are a parent who is concerned about your child, or a young adult who longs to heal your inner child, I offer support through a warm, playful, and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that you are lovable and worthy exactly as you are, and I can help you learn to thrive without shame. Depending on your needs, I offer the following therapies: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Filial Therapy, Internal Family Systems informed care (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Drama Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Sand Tray, and Theraplay-based activities.
