Hi there, I'm Sarah. I help folks work through anxiety in the many ways it manifests, within the various different situations it may arise. I specialize in helping folks who are having trouble managing perfectionism, social anxiety, and anxiety occurring across contexts including adjustments to life changes and transitions, challenges in relationships or with communication, and navigation of a new identity or sense of self. Often these challenges intersect with one another and can have an impact on self-esteem and depression, and also specialize in targeting this closely related relationship.
