In this challenging world, I seek to empower individuals to create a healthier way of being where supportive relationships counteract the adverse experiences of life. Using restorative and healing-centered approaches based on the ecological biopsychosocial models of practice, I work in collaboration with those I serve. I offer trauma-informed, regenerative, and liberatory-based practices that balance modern science and research with wisdom and creativity to support the health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities.
