I enjoy working with people seeking to improve their quality of life. Sometimes it can be difficult to pinpoint where the “problem” is, or why our relationships have become so difficult. Difficulty in relationships, anxiety, depression, and grief are among the concerns that I am able to help clients with. Coping with childhood trauma, the impacts of substance use and/or alcoholic parents or partners, and surviving physical, emotional, or verbal abuse are areas with which I am well suited to assist clients.
