My goal in therapy is to create that space through acceptance, connection, and compassion. Through a collaborative process I hope to help individuals find their voice, create balance through mindfulness, and work towards their goals. I understand that working towards change can be overwhelming and that embracing openness can allow for new experiences in life. I am willing to be there with you to find peace within and be present the way you want to in life, through creating new meaning. Special areas of interest include parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as, parents of children experiencing NICU hospitalizations. Currently I am working towards my MFT PhD at Mount Mercy University.
