As a Telehealth therapist in Arizona, I create a person-centered therapeutic environment that is warm, relaxed, and supportive. My empathy and sensitivity empower my clients from all backgrounds to navigate challenges while being fully in control. Drawing from my clinical background working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, health anxiety and loss, I adopt an approach that is tailored to each client. I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community and I seek to provide an affirming, safe, and soothing therapy space tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
