I am a licensed social worker (LSW) with goals to provide judgment-free, supportive spaces for clients. In our sessions, we can process emotions, manage daily stressors, and learn healthy coping skills to incorporate in life for years to come. I understand that asking for help is not an easy thing to do. If it were, we would all do it without hesitation! I want to remind you of two indisputable facts; first, life is challenging. Second - and most importantly - is that we do not have to go through it alone. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and perfectionism. My focus of clients include BIPOC, young adults, professionals, & college students. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and work with individuals ages 16+. My therapeutic approaches pull from CBT, DBT, trauma-informed practices & more.
