I am a certified EMDR therapist licensed in the states of California & Washington and credentialed with some insurances in both states. I have experience working with adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, relational difficulties, and family of origin issues. I specialize in trauma and particularly enjoy working with individuals whose past experiences are impacting their ability to connect with others, navigate life transitions, or regulate emotions. Additionally, I have received advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health and enjoy helping women navigate pregnancy and postpartum.
