As a heart-centered therapist, I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, allies, and families. I also support folks living with HIV and other chronic illnesses, as well as healers and helpers, students, and creatives. As a trauma therapist, I often see people with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and/or neurodiversity, along with a history of change, growth, and hope. From big moments to microaggressions, traumatic events may impact how we see ourselves and others, as well as how we respond to stress in our lives. I also welcome an integration of culture, history, and identity as we make meaning of the present moment. I provide integrative psychotherapy, incorporating EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatics, and mindfulness practices, to name a few. I am passionate about offering a supportive and empowering experience to each and every person. Every visit provides a new space to build courage and resilience, to deepen your awareness, and to practice radical self-love.
