Hey there! Life can be beautiful—but it can also be messy, confusing, and overwhelming! I believe everyone has the ability to grow and thrive with the right tools and encouragement. My goal is to walk beside you (or your child) as you learn to make sense of what’s happening, find stability, and move toward a life that feels more peaceful and fulfilling. I use EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy, SBFT, CBT, Strength-Based, sand tray, and other approaches based on your needs. Some days we might sit on the couch, others on the floor, or even walk outside—our time together is always personalized to you.
