Hi there! I love working with motivated clients who have a sense of humor, are ready to gain insight into themselves, and are willing to take action steps towards their goals. I love tailoring to client's individual needs, whether it's processing and understanding family of origin issues, problem-solving through daily stressors, or providing space to process trauma. My clients want to understand how to improve their relationships, build healthier beliefs that suit them, and see the therapeutic relationship as a tool in and of itself. I am trained in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and consider myself a specialist in treating trauma-related disorders.
