About

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I love supporting teens, college students, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. My passion for this work began while serving as a resident director in a college setting. During that time, I walked alongside students facing the stress surrounding emerging adulthood. While these years are exciting, they can also feel overwhelming. Pressures around school, friendships, and figuring out the future often bring up anxiety or depressive symptoms. I want to offer a space where you (or your teen) can process what’s going on and build tools for resilience. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I adapt my approach to meet each person’s unique needs.
