Previous to becoming a therapist, I was living the corporate life for over 20 years at large companies such as Land O Lakes, 3M, and Medtronic. I enjoy working with adults, teens, and couples to address any struggles that are presenting barriers from living their best, most fulfilling lives. Thinking about starting or returning to therapy can be scary and overwhelming. I am passionate about creating a relaxed, private, safe environment where clients can feel comfortable and connected to their therapist.
