About
I see therapy as a sacred space—a relational field where healing becomes possible through presence, trust, and curiosity. In that space between us, clients often find new capacity to hold grief, engage complexity with compassion, and reclaim their inner authority. Together, we explore the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and begin to craft a coherent narrative grounded in your values, beliefs, and lived experience. This work isn’t about fixing what’s broken, but nurturing what is whole, wise, and worthy within you. I offer spiritually-integrated, client-centered therapy rooted in mindfulness, self-compassion, and parts work. I work systemically—honoring the interconnection between mind, body, relationships, and meaning-making systems—to help you feel more grounded, aligned, and authentically yourself.
