Hello! My hope for this page is to connect with those seeking a path to peace of mind. My own path to becoming a therapist began with my own recovery journey. I have been blessed with opportunities to integrate that foundation with mental health expertise, enneagram wisdom, and a trauma specialization. I have also been honored to work with veterans, first responders, and people of all ages and backgrounds. My journey has included being of service in addiction and trauma recovery, emergency crisis work, outpatient programs, residential treatment, and group and individual care. My main goal is to help you reach yours! Through conversations and collaboration, we will develop strategies to fit your individual needs.
