About
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Indiana. I received my master's degree from Purdue. I also have a certificate in art therapy and addiction counseling. I am TFCBT-trained as well. I have been working in the field for 7 years, mainly with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and addiction. I love hearing people's stories and helping them find positives to make their situation better. I have had success using CBT for many different clients. I think it's great to teach how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors can connect and to watch clients learn how to make those connections.
