Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Indiana. I received my masters degree from Purdue. I also have a certificate in art therapy and addiction counseling. I am TFCBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy) trained as well. I have been working in the field for 7 years mainly with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and addiction. I love hearing peoples stories and helping them find positives to make their situation better.
