Experiences of trauma, loss, depression, anxiety and grief can be overwhelming and disorienting. It can be difficult to process, understand, and find hope in the midst of these kinds of pain. However, I firmly believe that hope, healing, growth, and joy are possible – even from the point of our deepest pain and loss. You are valuable. You are unique. View 8 Photos I am available to work with a variety of issues, some of my specific passions include supporting clients walking through grief and loss, working with clients to process trauma or a history of abuse, helping clients find hope and peace in struggles with depression or anxiety, and working with clients as they navigate change and difficult seasons of life.
