Hello! I support kids, adults, and families navigate life’s ups, downs, and "what the heck do I do now?" moments. As a Registered Play Therapist (RPT), I use Play Therapy techniques, mindfulness, and EMDR (for trauma) to help with emotional regulation and healthy coping—all through play, because let’s be honest, sitting and talking isn’t exactly a child’s favorite activity. I also support parents because raising tiny humans is not for the faint of heart, and sometimes you just need someone to help you decode the chaos.
