Hi! My name is Sarah Soifert. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts and I work with clients via Telehealth. I enjoy working with young adult and adult women using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and providing a client-centered, strengths-based, positive and non-judgmental setting. My approach to therapy is tailored to each client’s needs and personalities. I most often utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate healthier thought patterns and Strengths-Based Therapy which is a positive approach that will utilize your own strengths for maximum sustainability.
