The transition to becoming a parent or choosing to grow your family is a journey that can take unexpected turns. Your expectations about parenthood before you became a parent may not match your current lived experience. Your identity, priorities, relationships, and decision-making all shift once you choose to start a family and as you add more children to your family unit. If you find yourself navigating any of these challenges, I am here for you. I work with parents who are starting to plan their families up until their children are elementary school aged. I have experience working with families who have children with disabilities.
