My clinical mental health counseling experience has been focused on supporting adolescents, teens and young adults in a variety of therapeutic settings. I recognize that this phase of life is often difficult and includes an immense amount of heightened emotions, life transitions, stressors and change. I work with my clients to identify areas of their lives that they would like to improve, and actively works with clients on how to implement positive progress into their daily lives.
