You don’t have to navigate this heaviness alone. My goal is to provide a safe space for adults to talk and process these things. We will look at what is happening and work towards finding a steadier ground. Whether you're struggling with burnout exhaustion, intrusive memories or intense overwhelm, we can work together towards emotional wellness. I am a Psychotherapist (LCSW) specializing in evidence-based trauma recovery and anxiety/depression/grief management. My approach includes EMDR, CBT, ACT, Mindfulness and learning coping tools which are designed to help you regain some balance in your life and nervous system.
