Sometimes, we just feel stuck and don’t know where to begin. Other times, issues that we have felt were resolved suddenly come to the forefront of our lives all over again. I truly believe that healing and growth is a process. Life unfolds giving us opportunities to learn, to grow, and expand our tool set for what it means to live an authentic and healthy life while working on the relationship that we have with ourselves and others. I work with people using a holistic approach that will give you the tools to find emotional healing— anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and changes all ask us to look within ourselves.
