My favorite thing about coming to work is helping people breakdown big, overwhelming problems into small, manageable steps to get real change fast. I love to walk alongside people for the long haul, but I believe that your wellness cannot wait for months or years. You should experience relief quickly, as we contain your problems together and find clear direction towards your long term well-being. I work with clients ages 13 and up, with a special focus on family involvement. From the initial assessment, you will have the option to include your family or partner in different levels of your treatment process. Helping them help you is one of the most impactful ways to make lasting change.
